Health issues such as weight gain in young adults, diabetes prevention, cardiovascular disease, and sleep apnea.

Goals for the Future

David hopes to continue working with Dr. Huedo-Medina throughout his remaining time studying at UConn. After graduation, his goal is to attend a PA school close to home in Connecticut, with a specialization in internal medicine.

Academic Achievements

UConn Honors Program, Deans list, volunteered abroad in Ecuador and Peru to provide low-income families with free medical attention.
