Since the Fall of 2015, Dr. Huedo-Medina has worked to form several collaborations with colleagues in Cuba. She has taken several academic and research related trips to Cuba where she strengthens collaborations, has taught several lectures on biostatistics, and has presented at conferences. Currently, Dr. Huedo-Medina is collaborating on health behavior projects with colleagues at the Center for Academic Development on Drug Dependencies (CEDRO) with the University of Medical Sciences of Havana, and with the Psychology Department at the University of Havana.
